Return Policy

At Velvet Aura Beauty & Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Returned in the same condition in which they were received.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale items.

• Gift cards.

• Final sale or clearance items.

• Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
